Adam S. Wilczewski brings two decades of experience in business, government, politics,fundraising, and law, with a special focus on assisting clients in their domestic andinternational business development and fund-raising needs. He is known for his ability to turn around and grow organizations, build and motivate high-performing teams, increase organizational capacity, and enhance accountability. Adam serves various clients with strategic global positioning, sales, marketing, and non-profit management.
Currently Adam works with Lennar International, a division of Lennar Corp (NYSE: LEN),America’s largest homebuilder. As their Head of International Affairs and Director of International Business Development, he builds global sales platforms and manages their international affairs efforts among global trade organizations and foreign governments. He also serves as the President for Fiducia Consulting, LLC, a boutique fundraising firm with a special focus on conducting capital campaigns for a wide range of not-for-profits.
In addition to global business and not-for-profit management, Adam has worked in leadership and volunteer roles in four presidential campaigns: Lieberman for President (’03-’04); Kerry for President (DNC ’04); Biden for President (’06-’07); Obama for President (’08 and ’12). His work in politics and international affairs led him to a political appointment in the International Trade Administration in Washington, DC. He rose to Chief of Staff there and was a leader for the President’s National Export Initiative to double exports and increase job growth during the Great Recession. He also helped lead trade missions to countries across the globe and elevated critical trade promotion programming.
Adam earned a law degree from American University’s Washington College of Law in Washington, DC, as well as a degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Florida. He holds a Certificate in International Mediation from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. He currently resides in Northern Virginia.
