Key player in the conversion of VOA-TV News from analog to digital news production. Developed and implemented the training procedures used to convert over 2 dozen international language news groups into cohesive users of the new technology. Also a solid, video-driven producer of news and sports who thoroughly understands the idea of “local”. A strong background in local program/content development with an eye toward the generation of revenue streams for both station and clients/partners. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to manage, train, and work with a wide range of people, opinions, and skillsets. A perfect blend for the 21st century and this economy.
