Judge Sprecher will be discussing what improvements have occurred in the six years since the publication of his book, Justice or Just This?. This will be an update on a presentation he delivered to the World Affairs Council several years ago.

Judge Sprecher presides on the Berks County Court of Common Pleas since 1991.
